Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
All orders are despatched within 24 hours of cleared funds, we will always try to use the quickest and most cost effective delivery method. The order will be packaged to the best of our ability to prevent loss or damage to the contents.
Returns
If you wish to return any items they must be in an as new state and inform us of your intention as soon as possible. You have 14 days from delivery to return any unwanted items.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged please let us know as soon possible so we can resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
