2. Ordering & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract is formed only when payment is processed and goods are dispatched.
2.1 Stock Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
In the event that an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
You will then have the option to:
- wait until the item is back in stock,
- accept an alternative product, or
- cancel your order for a full refund.
We are not liable for any losses caused by stock shortages or delays.
2.2 Pricing Errors
While we make every effort to ensure prices are correct, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of goods you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to:
reconfirm your order at the correct price, or
cancel your order for a full refund.
If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund any payment received.
We are not obliged to honour orders where the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£)
We accept major debit/credit cards via PayPal.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund unless you have agreed to a longer delivery timeframe.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to your address, but ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment is received.
4.1 Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries: If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, adverse weather), we will keep you informed. You may cancel the order if delivery has not occurred within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Delivery: If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, you are entitled to either a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
Damaged Goods: If goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photographs as evidence. A replacement or refund will be issued once the damaged goods are returned.
Incorrect Address: We are not liable if you provide an incorrect delivery address. If goods are returned to us as undeliverable, you may be responsible for redelivery costs.
5. Returns & Cancellations
5.1 Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Once cancellation has been notified, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
You will receive a full refund, including the basic cost of delivery (if paid), within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.
5.2 Conditions & Exclusions
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Exclusions apply to:
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Opened electronic components or consumables
- Downloadable/digital products
Items damaged through crashes, misuse, water ingress, overloading, or operation outside manufacturer specifications
6. Warranties & Liability
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty periods and coverage vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
6.1 Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under warranty or faulty item claims:
Crash damage resulting from misuse, pilot error, or improper assembly.
Operation outside of the product’s defined specifications (e.g., range, battery limits, load capacity, or environmental conditions such as water exposure).
Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., tyres, gears, batteries).
Modifications, alterations, or use of non-approved parts or accessories.
Failure to follow manufacturer setup, maintenance, or safety instructions.
6.2 Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct assembly, configuration, and maintenance of RC products.
Before making a faulty claim, customers may be required to provide photographs, video evidence, or return the product for inspection.
If the product is found not to be faulty (e.g., damage caused by misuse), return postage may be chargeable.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
